Editing pipeline

Today's queue

Posting month

Click a day to see what goes live.
House standard
One video should not take more than three days to get edited.
Once you start editing a video, it should be posted within the next two days. Day one is the cut, day two is QC, day three it is live.

Client placards

Top Priority rises to the top. The tag is suggested from the pipeline; anyone can override it. Click a placard to open the client and enter its videos.
Client dashboard

We win when the clients win.

This gets auto-updated every hour by the Wiki Sync. Only admins can access it.

Meteoric Client Journey

Where every active client really is, per the vault. Click a phase to see who is there.

Checkpoint thresholds

Built backwards from one rule: the first video is posted 21 days after the Vibe Check. Days we tolerate between checkpoints; over the line is a flag.

Client density across the journey

Client placards

Needle is the temperature. The line under it is the bottleneck right now. One action tag per client.

Your core systems and every connector

The onboarding automation, your skills, the Meteoric Web Portal, the hourly wiki sync and every connector. Drag to turn it; click any sphere for how it works, its runs and its errors.

Live trigger log

Every run the brain can verify, newest first: wiki sync commits, Discord and WhatsApp fetches, call summaries filed from Granola and Fathom, portal updates and skill uses in Claude sessions. Systems with no reliable record (Notion, Drive and the like) are left out rather than guessed. Refreshed every hour; new triggers flash green here and on the map.

Major blockers

Only the bottlenecks that hit the company: the error, the root cause and how it was fixed. Small backend fixes are made quietly and never listed. Reviewed on every weekly sync.

Systems to build

Only builds that get clients better results, improve a system on the map, or automate the business further. Small brain fixes are just done. Re-ranked every week.
